(Indianapolis, Ind.) – Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels will deliver his eighth and final State of the State address Tuesday evening.

His office has not tipped their hand as to what the governor is expected to say this evening when he addresses a joint session of the General Assembly.

One of the items at the top of Governor Daniels' agenda is passing legislation to make Indiana a right to work state, which prompted House Democrats to walk out for several weeks last year and skip three session days last week.

The speech gets underway at the Statehouse at 7:00 p.m. It is expected to last about 30 minutes.
