The event takes place on Saturday, June 29.

(Aurora, Ind.) - “Come for the party” at Gabbard Riverfront Park, Light Up Aurora, beginning at 6PM Saturday June 29th with the National Anthem by Madison Jarvis.

The event sponsored by Main Street Aurora offers a Cruise in by River City Classic Car Club, beer & wine garden by Great Crescent Brewery, Kids area with bouncy house from That Balloon Lady and games sponsored by Aurora Churches Association.

Food vendors; Amanda’s Pies, Comb’s Pizza, Faith Walkers, Hankering Southern Kitchen, J. Miller Steak Company, Personally Yours Gift & Floral, Prodigy Cheer, Silly Cow, Sweet Shave, Twisted Tater & Shorty’s Sweets and Women Armed & Ready.

Retail vendors; Bandana Boy, Blue Rock Medicine Show, Clearinghouse, Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association, Kim’s Unique Boutique, Let’s Glow Crazy, Main Street Aurora, Positive Love Jewelry, Krypto’s Comix, Rita Mae Crochet and Strong Candle Co.

Entertainment by hometown girl and Nashville performer, Kristine Kabbes & The Skallywags runs 6-10pm.

“Stay for the show” beginning at 10PM with FIREWORKS by RC Pyrotechnics in cooperation with Aurora EMS, Aurora Fire Department, Aurora Lions Club, Aurora Street Department, Carlisle & Bray Enterprises, Chip Farrell, Doug Holland, Jurgensen Aggregates, PG Gentrup and especially our volunteers. Tune into Your Hometown Radio Station 99.3 for fireworks synchronized music.
