Clearinghouse Receives Generous Grant from Southeastern Indiana REMC

The funding will go towards feeding those in the community who have food insecurities.

(Aurora, Ind.) – The Dearborn County Clearinghouse has been selected as the winner of a $2,000 grant.

The nonprofit organization on Monday announced that they received the generous grant from Southeastern Indiana REMC, as part of their Operation Roundup Grant program.

The funding will go towards feeding those in the community who have food insecurities.

Specifically, the funding will be used to purchase food for Dearborn County Clearinghouse for Emergency Aid’s many programs that serve Dearborn and Ohio counties.

Dearborn County Clearinghouse for Emergency Aid has been serving those with food insecurities since 1981.
