Child Hurt In I-71/75 Crash

The wreck occurred near the Turfway Road exit.

(Florence, Ky.) - A child was seriously hurt in a crash on Interstate 71/75 in Florence on Tuesday

An SUV and a semi truck collided in the northbound lanes near the Turfway Road exit just after 4:00 p.m.

A child in the SUV was seriously hurt and was flown from the scene to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. The child’s current condition has not been released.

The wreck closed I-71/75 for at least an hour.
