Two people were airlifted from the scene.
(Greendale, Ind.) – Three people were injured in a three-vehicle crash in Greendale over the weekend.
Greendale Police responded to the area of U.S. 50 in front of Baymont Inn on Saturday around 5:30 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers observed two vehicles with heavy front end damage, and a third vehicle with damage to the right front.
According to a news release, Jeffery Burris, 53, of Cincinnati, was traveling westbound and crossed the center line, striking a vehicle driven by Keith Magner, 62, of Harrison.
The impact caused a third vehicle to be involved. There were no personal injuries reported from this vehicle.
However, Rebecca Magner, 61, and Burris had to be airlifted from the scene and transported to UC Medical Center. Both are currently in stable condition.
Keith Magner was initially transported to St. Elizabeth-Dearborn and was later transported to UC.
Greendale Police say charges are pending the results of chemical tests.
