(Dillsboro, Ind.) – Those who use LifeTime Resources’ Catch-A-Ride service to get to their medical appointments are being alerted to changes.

Mainly, they’ll need to call a new number to schedule their rides. Starting June 1, 2018, riders can schedule a ride by calling Southeastrans at 855-325-7586. The hotline is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.

Catch-A-Ride will still provide transportation to Medicaid appointments are local doctor offices, but starting Friday appointments for a ride must be made at least two days in advance.

Southeastrans is responsible for coordinating the transportation and will assign the trips to a local provider, according to LifeTime Resources. If Catch-A-Ride is your preferred provider, please be sure to request Catch-A-Ride.

All non-Medicaid trips may be scheduled by calling Catch-A-Ride directly at (812) 432-3960 or toll-free at 800-330-7603. Effective June 1, Catch-A-Ride will begin taking trip requests up to 30 days in advance.
