(Brookville, Ind.) – A search warrant has led to a drug bust in Brookville.
Brookville Police served the search warrant on a residence on the 100 block of 4th Street on May 29.
During the search, police say they uncovered various items of drug paraphernalia and methamphetamine.
James R. Flannery was taken into custody and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (class C misdemeanor) and Possession of Methamphetamine (level 6 felony).
Flannery has since posed bond.
However, he faces up to 2 ½ years in prison and up to $10,000 in fines, if convicted.
