The date, time, and duration of work may be adjusted if inclement weather or other unforeseen delays occur.

(Covington, Ky.) – A bridge inspection project will resume this weekend on the Brent Spence Bridge.
According to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, evening and overnight lane closures on I-71 and I-75 southbound at the Brent Spence Bridge will begin Sunday, May 19.
Inspectors will be on-site between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.
A single lane closure will be in place on the southbound side as you approach the bridge. Additionally, a single lane closure will be in place on the southbound portion of the bridge.
All lanes will reopen to traffic by 6:00 a.m.
This work is a continuation of the previous inspection that took place from April 21 to April 26.
This portion of the inspection is expected to be complete by Saturday, May 25.
Motorists are encouraged to find an alternate route to avoid any potential delays.
