Body Found In Boone Co. Creek

The victim lived near the creek in Burlington.

(Burlington, Ky.) - A body was found in a creek in Burlington over the weekend.

The discovery was made just before 2:00 p.m. Saturday in a creek behind an apartment complex along the 5900 block of Peoples Lane in Burlington.

The body has been identified as 20-year-old Kerrick K. Joslin.

Boone County Sheriff's Office released a statement that there is no foul play suspected at this time, however the investigation is ongoing. An autopsy will be performed to determine the exact cause of death in the coming days.
