Batesville Hotel Gets An Upgrade And A New Name

The former Hampton Inn in Batesville is now the SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western.

(Batesville, Ind.) - A new national hotel brand has opened one of its first locations in Batesville.

The SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western is at the former Hampton Inn on State Road 229.

The 97-room hotel is being renovated. Work is expected to be complete this summer, according to a news release from Best Western.

SureStay Hotel Group’s managing director says the revamped hotel gives southeastern Indiana visitors an affordable lodging option.

“Guests of the SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Batesville will receive the amenities they expect in a stay – free high-speed internet throughout the hotel, complimentary full hot breakfast and quality customer service. We are committed to providing our guests with outstanding value, quality and service – all hallmarks of the SureStay experience,” said Mary Ann Hart, general manager of the Batesville hotel.

The hotel boasts an indoor pool and hot tub and 24-hour fitness center. Each guest room includes a flat-screen television, microwave, mini-fridge, and free wireless internet.
