UPDATE: Bank Robbery Reported Near NKU

Highland Heights Police are hoping the public can help identify Friday's bank robbery suspect. 

A man entered the BB&T bank on U.S. 27 around 12:10 p.m., brandished a silver revolver and demanded money from the teller. The male then fled the scene with an unidentified amount of cash. 

Police say the suspect is a white male, approximately 6'0", wearing a dark colored hoodie with Calvin Klein written on the left sleeve. 

He should be considered armed and dangerous.

(Highland Heights, Ky.) - A bank robbery has been reported near Northern Kentucky University. 

The robbery was reported around 12:10 p.m. at the BB&T bank on U.S. 27.

The suspect is a white male, wearing a gray hoodie and blue jeans. 

Motorists are being urged to avoid the area. 

Anyone with information about the robbery or the suspect's whereabouts should contact their local police department.
