American Airlines Adds Season Flight To Phoenix From CVG

Flights will begin this December.

(Hebron, Ky.) – A new, seasonal flight has been added at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport.

CVG announced Tuesday that American Airlines will begin daily seasonal service to Phoenix beginning December 18, through April 6, 2020.

The route flies during the Christmas and New Year’s holidays, spring break and Cincinnati Reds spring training, which takes place in nearby Goodyear, Arizona.

“We’re excited American is adding service to Phoenix as another nonstop flight option for travelers during the peak winter season,” said Candace McGraw, chief executive officer, CVG. “American serves more than 1.1 million travelers to and from CVG on an annual basis, and this addition will continue their growth.”

Phoenix becomes the ninth non-stop destination from CVG for American Airlines.

They also fly to Dallas, Chicago, Charlotte, Philadelphia, Miami, Washington, D.C., and New York City (JFK and LGA).
