2nd Annual Buckeye Bigfoot Bash Set for September 14

(North Bend, Oh.) – The 2nd annual Buckeye Bigfoot Bash returns to the Buckeye Trading Post on U.S. 50 on Saturday, September 14.

The unique event runs from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. celebrating all things related to Bigfoot.

Back by popular demand for one last visit, you can “Meet and Greet” with the famous “Turtleman” from the former Animal Planet series, “Call of the Wildman” and current YouTube series called “Turtleman’s Hunt for Bigfoot.”

There will be over 50 craft and flea market vendors, and specials and giveaways at the Buckeye Trading Post, Apalchen Trade Co., and Vinson’s Rock Shop. Giveaways include a 53” concrete Bigfoot statue, an obsidian carved Bigfoot, and a stone engraved Bigfoot rock.

There are several Bigfoot contests with trophies and prizes including Best Bigfoot Call, Hairiest Bigfoot, Biggest Foot, Best Turtleman Yell, and Cutest Little Bigfoot (ages 0 to 8).

Anyone interested in participating in any of the contests should meet at 1:00 p.m. at the DJ Truck Stage.

Other festivities include a petting zoo and pony rides, gem mining and geode cracking, Bigfoot Scavenger Hunt, “Sasquatch Shoot” Corn Cob Cannon, and a DJ.

Admission is free with $5 field parking.
