2025 Teachers’ Classroom Tools Grants Available

Teachers employed by the Rising Sun Ohio County School Corporation are eligible to apply.

(Rising Sun, Ind.) - Grant applications are currently available for the 2025 Teachers’ Classroom Tools Grants Program administered by the Ohio County Community Foundation.

Teachers employed by the Rising Sun Ohio County School Corporation are eligible to apply.

The purpose of this grant program is to assist teachers with funding for innovative classroom projects, equipment, field trips or tools to enhance classroom learning. Each teacher may request up to $1,000. A total of $10,000 is available to award. Teachers will be notified of grant awards status in April.

Teachers need to apply online by visiting the Ohio County Community Foundation website at occfrisingsun.com. The deadline to apply is Friday, March 21, 2025 by 3:00 p.m. The Ohio County Community Foundation was established in 1998 to build, manage and distribute a lasting source of charitable funds that benefit the residents of Ohio County. The Foundation office is located at 330 Industrial Access Drive, Rising Sun.
