Bonnie Raitt Cancels Upcoming Tour Dates Due To Illness

Raitt is recovering from surgery.

(Undated)  --  Bonnie Raitt is calling off a few of her upcoming tour stops due to an unforeseen health issue. 

The iconic blues musician was scheduled to tour with James Taylor starting on May 8th, but her health will keep her off the road for now. 

According to Raitt's website, she'll miss the first leg so she can recover from a much-needed surgery.
