Starting Monday, November 10th we will begin taking phone calls to “reserve” a space at one of the above locations. Each person that calls and “reserves” their spot will receive a t-shirt and 10 tickets to scratch & win a chance for $25,000 dollars. Listen for the "sounder" and call 812-537-0944 to reserve your spot.

All listeners are encouraged to show up at all locations. They will receive three chances when they get there. Only people who call and “reserve” their space will receive ten chances plus the three for showing up and are guaranteed a t-shirt. (Yes! They get 13 chances.)

One “reservation” per household - per location. (It is possible for someone to win ten tickets at all three locations. They must be separate locations. They cannot reserve their tickets for the same location.)
Tickets must be scratched off at the location only to be eligible to win.

Station Events

Contingent upon full compliance with the Prize Insurance Terms and Conditions, OBSIDIAN SPECIALTY INSURANCE COMPANY (OSIC) hereby agrees to reimburse the Client/Member named on the Certificate of Insurance up to the specified maximum grand prize value if the conditions of the prize-winning event comply with the rules of the promotion and Terms and Conditions of the Certificate. The rights and obligations of the parties to the Certificate are exclusive to the contracting parties, may not be assigned, transferred, or delegated, and are not intended to create any third-party beneficiary rights for any contestant in the promotion.

A. BEFORE PROMOTION

1. IMPORTANT: Client/Member agrees to prepare, and make readily available to all potential contestants, “Official Rules”, which must reflect the terms and conditions of this contract including but not limited to the following conditions:

a) “All grand-prize winning claims are subject to verification by Odds On Promotions and Obsidian Specialty Insurance Company whose decisions are final and binding.”

b) “Cards that are manipulated, altered, forged, hand printed, water damaged, mutilated, tampered with in any way, or which contain any computer programming, printing, mechanical or typographical errors, will be considered void and will not be eligible for prize redemption.”

c) “Current or former employees, family members, agents, successors, or assignees of Wagon Wheel Broadcasting, LLC or any promotional agency involved with this promotion shall be ineligible to participate and/or claim any prize covered within.”

d) “Names and likenesses of promotion winner(s) may be used by Wagon Wheel Broadcasting, LLC and Odds On Promotions for promotional purposes without further compensation.”

2. All conditions defined in A-1 above are hereby also conditions of this contract between OOP, PIA, OSIC and Client/Member.

3. OSIC is not obligated to pay PIA members for a prize absent timely, full payment and signed Promotions Goods and Services Contract. IMPORTANT: Insurance Agents act exclusively on behalf of the Client/Member, not OSIC, OOP or PIA.

B. DURING PROMOTION

1. A Client/Member representative must supervise the event and is responsible for the contestants understanding of the terms and conditions of this promotion.

2. Only scratch cards labeled “Wagon Wheel Broadcasting, LLC – Scratch Match & Win,” containing unique and valid serial numbers (see Schedule A) and produced by an OOP authorized printing company will be eligible for prize reimbursement.

3. Cards that are manipulated, altered, forged, hand printed, water damaged, mutilated, tampered with in any way, or which contain any computer programming, printing, mechanical or typographical errors, will be considered void and will not be eligible for prize redemption.

4. The location and orientation of the winning and non-winning symbols within the scratch off areas may rotate.

5. In order to qualify for prize reimbursement, an eligible contestant must scratch SIX (6) AND ONLY SIX (6) surfaces revealing identical winning “Stacks of Bills” symbols (in any rotation) under each and every scratched surface.
