(Greensburg, Ind.) - The varsity football game between Switzerland County and South Decatur will not be played this Friday.

South Decatur High School Principal Eric Foga released the following statement:

“It is with great disappointment that this week’s homecoming football game vs. Switzerland County, scheduled for Friday, October 3, has been cancelled due to low roster numbers. The safety and well-being of our students/players is our highest priority, and this decision was made with careful consideration.”

South Decatur will still hold their Homecoming Parade and Royalty Coronation on Friday.
