(Aurora, Ind.) – College basketball is on the horizon for Natalie Rupp.

The South Dearborn High School senior recently signed her letter of intent to continue her academic and athletic career at Wilmington College. Rupp follows in the footsteps of her sister, Shelby, who played at Thomas More University where she helped the Saints to a D-III National Championship in 2019.

Natalie is a three-year varsity letter winner, and was South Dearborn’s top scorer and rebounder each of the past two seasons.

As a senior, Rupp averaged 10.3 points, 6.7 rebounds, 1.1 assists, and 1.9 steals per game.

Aside from starring on the basketball court, Rupp also played four years of soccer and helped the Lady Knights win a sectional title in 2021.

She is the second South Dearborn student-athlete to commit to Wilmington College this year. Softball standout Kori Cornett committed to the Quakers in March.
