SD's Lewis Commits to Manchester University

(Aurora, Ind.) – The soccer career of Dana Lewis will continue at the collegiate level.

The senior announced over the weekend his commitment to Manchester University, which is located west of Fort Wayne.

Lewis has had a spectacular high school career.

He tallied 47 career goals and 18 assists over three varsity seasons. His top goal scoring season came as a junior when he found the back of the net 27 times.

Lewis is a two-time All-EIAC selection.

His high school head coach Jonathan Wismann issued the following statement about Lewis’ commitment:

“I am so proud of this young man. Dana Lewis has put in so much effort , passion, sacrifice, pain, and heart into this game. I am so excited to see him keep playing in college. There is no one more deserving to go to the next level and I cannot wait to see the awesome things he accomplishes in the future. Dana, you have represented South Dearborn Boys Soccer so well for four years. We wish you all the best at Manchester University Men's Soccer. I know you will represent them with the same joy and fervor. We are all very proud of you and wish you tons of success!!!”
