Highpoint Health Golf Tournament Raises $33K

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - Despite the threat of heavy rain all week, the day of the Highpoint Health Foundation Golf Tournament turned out to be gorgeous, with 18 teams testing their skills on the fairways and greens of Sugar Ridge Golf Club.

“This year’s event was an even bigger success than last year’s tournament,” said Sarah Siegrist, Highpoint Health Director of Charitable Development and Fundraising.  “Together with sponsors, donors and golfers, the 2019 Highpoint Health Foundation Golf Tournament raised more than $33,500 to support the work of Highpoint Health and the Highpoint Health Foundation.  We would like to thank all our sponsors, especially our co-sponsor, Fifth Third Bank.”

Earning first place in the tournament was Team Auer, sponsored by Ortho Cincy.  Receiving second place was Team Haas, sponsored by Fifth Third Bank; and in third place was Team McAndrews, sponsored by Hall, Render, Killian, Heath & Lyman.  Winners of Closest to the Pin were Case Kiefer and Carl Goodin, Jr., and winners of the Furthest Drive were Austin Mahoney and Krista Ricketts.
