EC's Black to Play College Soccer

Black announced which school he will attend on Wednesday.

(St. Leon, Ind.) – An East Central High School soccer star will state in-state to play college ball.

Senior Joey Black announced Wednesday that he will continue his academic and athletic career at Depauw University in Greencastle.

Black was named 2022 ISCA 3rd Team All-State as a senior.

He tallied 10 goals and 13 assists, according to MaxPreps.

Black is also a two-time All-EIAC selection.

He joins a Depauw team that went 6-7-5 in 2022.
