CINCINNATI - The Mount St. Joseph Lions football team lit up the scoreboard in their first conference game of the 2024 season.
MSJ defeated Hanover by a score of 49-41 behind a career day from wideout Eli Aston.
The former East Central star made 10 receptions for 223 yards and four touchdowns. Aston, a sophomore, has 30 catches for 640 yards and seven touchdowns this season.
The Lions are back in action this Saturday at Anderson. Kickoff is scheduled for 1:30.
