Ashton Craig Listed as Notre Dame's Starting Center

The Fighting Irish visit Texas A&M this Saturday night.

(South Bend, Ind.) – Ashton Craig is the starting center at Notre Dame.

The Lawrenceburg native is listed first on the depth chart ahead of the Fighting Irish’s away matchup at Texas A&M on Saturday night. The game will air on ABC at 7:30 p.m.

The 6’4”, 308-pounder appeared in eight games last season, starting the final three games at center.

In that time, Craig earned All-Bowl team honors for his performance in the Sun Bowl and was a member of the Joe Moore Award semifinalist offensive line.

Craig has junior standing in the classroom at Notre Dame but is listed as a sophomore for playing eligibility.

He will be NFL draft eligible following this season.
