Curfews are in place to ensure the safety of community members.

(Sunman, Ind.) - The Town of Sunman is reminding community members that there are curfews in place to ensure the safety and well-being of residents, especially youth.
Curfew is in place seven days a week.
For ages 13 and younger, curfew is in place from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Those aged 14-17, curfew is in place from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Sunman Community Park closes at dusk each night and you must be accompanied by an adult after curfew hours begin.
Violations of curfew that result in fines can range from $100 to $500 per violation. Any property damage included will result in larger fines, as well as the cost to repair or replace the damaged property.
