Teen Arrested For Bar Break-In

(Batesville, Ind.) - Batesville Police have arrested at teen who allegedly stole a television from a bar.

 

On Tuesday morning, the owner of Tuba’s Place on South Park Avenue in Batesville reported the burglary.

 

The bar had been broken into sometime overnight with a flat screen television being swiped in the process.

 

Detective Michael Benjamin and Officer Blake Roope spent the day investigating the burglary, which subsequently lead to the arrest of Michael W. Estes, 18, of Batesville.

 

Estes is charged with Burglary (Class C felony) and Theft (Class D felony).

 

The stolen television was recovered at a pawn shop in Glenwood, Indiana.
