(Wilmington, Oh.) - Showers and storms are expected to roll through the tri-state area this evening.
According to the National Weather Service in Wilmington, some strong to severe storms are likely with damaging winds being the primary threat. Large hail and a few tornadoes will also be possible.
The heaviest rain and storms are expected this evening into the nighttime hours.
Additionally, strong to severe storms will again be possible Wednesday into Wednesday night. Several additional rounds of showers and storms are expected through Saturday, which could lead to flooding.
