Search On For Hit-Skip Vehicle

(Verona, Ky.) – A driver fled the scene after sliding off the road and striking a house Thursday afternoon.

 

Boone County deputies say a dark green Dodge Dakota pickup truck lost control in the curve, slid off the road, and struck the home on the 16100 block of Lebanon Crittenden Road in Verona.

 

The driver left the scene with the truck which is believed to have front end damage and a missing passenger side mirror.

 

The driver is described as a white male in his teens or early 20’s.

 

Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of the truck and/or driver is asked to the contact the Boone County Sheriff’s Office at (859) 334-2175.
