(Ripley County, Ind.) - The Ripley County Community Foundation is excited to announce the addition of Lexi Brown to its team as the new Grants and Development Strategist. A familiar face to many, Lexi first joined the foundation as an intern while attending Oldenburg Academy and is thrilled to return to the community where her nonprofit journey began.

With a strong background in youth program development, donor engagement, and fundraising, Lexi brings valuable expertise and a passion for empowering communities to the foundation. In her previous roles at the United Nations Foundation and the Boulder County Community Foundation in Boulder, CO, Lexi built a strong foundation in the development sector by working closely with donors and corporate partners to advance their philanthropic goals, while fostering strong community relationships and support. Additionally, Lexi volunteers with All We Are, an international nonprofit located in Uganda, where she gains a global perspective in community development and grantmaking. As the Grants and Development Strategist, she will work closely with nonprofits and donors across Ripley County to strengthen the community and drive meaningful impact through strategic partnerships and effective resource development.

“We are excited to welcome Lexi back to the Ripley County Community Foundation,” says Amy Streator, Executive Director of the Ripley County Community Foundation. “Lexi’s experience and dedication to community development make her a valuable asset to our team. We look forward to her contributions in strengthening partnerships with nonprofits and donors across Ripley County.”

The Ripley County Community Foundation is committed to Connecting People Who Care with Causes that Matter and is located at 13 E. George Street, Suite B, Batesville.
