Police ID Body Found in Guilford Pond

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - The Dearborn County Sheriff’s Office has released the identity of a deceased male found in pond in Guilford last Saturday.

An autopsy performed on Monday revealed that Paul Bradley, 59, drowned in a pond on Yorkridge Road.

Bradley was reported missing on April 11. Through the course of the investigation, the Sheriff’s Office learned that Bradley had not been heard from since April 3.

He was last seen leaving his residence in a maroon, Dodge Dakota.

The same vehicle was retrieved from the pond on York Ridge on Tuesday, according to the Sheriff's Office. 

It is unknown why Bradley’s vehicle left the roadway and crashed into the pond.

Dearborn County Water Rescue, the Dearborn County Coroner’s Office, Indiana Conservation Officers, and Miller York Fire Department assisted at the scene.
