OCCF Announces Community Grant Cycles for 2025

Local non-profit organizations whose projects and programs benefit Ohio County residents may apply for up to $5,000.

(Rising Sun, Ind.) - The Ohio County Community Foundation (OCCF) is pleased to announce the dates for the Community Grant Cycles in 2025.

Local non-profit organizations whose projects and programs benefit Ohio County residents may apply for up to $5,000. OCCF awards grants in the areas of Education, Health, Human Services, Cultural Affairs and Community Development.

Applications for Grant Cycle I will be available on Monday, February 3, 2025 on the Foundation website at occfrisingsun.com. Applications must be completed and submitted online. The application deadline will be Friday, March 14, 2025 at 3:00pm. Recipients will be notified (via email) of their grant status on Friday, April 25, 2025. Grant award payments will be distributed in the Foundation office on Thursday, May 15, 2025.

Applications for Grant Cycle II will be available at occfrisingsun.com on Friday, July 11, 2025. The application deadline for Grant Cycle II will be Friday, August 22, 2025 at 3:00pm. Recipients will be notified (via email) of their grant status on Friday, September 26, 2025. Grant award payments will be distributed in the Foundation office on Thursday, October 16, 2025.
