Multiple Agencies Assist In Search For Missing Child

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - A search has begun for a missing six year old child. 

The Butler County Sheriff's Office was requested to assist the investigation in the search for James Hutchinson. The search is centered in the Lawrenceburg area near the Ohio River. 

Multiple assets have been sent to the area to aid in the search, such as a helicopter a mobile unit, along with other equipment from the Butler County Sheriff's Office Emergency Response Services Unit. 

"This is a multi-agency effort working together as one," said Richard Jones, Butler County Sheriff. 

No other information has been provided at this time.
