Missing Seymour Man Found Dead

(Washington County, Ind.) – A missing man from Seymour was found dead on Wednesday.

Indiana Conservation Officers say a fisherman discovered the body of Harold Wilson, 89, near the Muscatatuck River in Washington County.

Wilson was the subject of a Silver Alert issued by the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday.

An autopsy is scheduled for Thursday to determine the cause of death.

No foul play is expected at this time.
