The suspect is charged with child molesting and illegally possessing firearms.

(Milan, Ind.) - A Milan man is accused of child molesting.
The Versailles Republican newspaper reports Dustin B. Crabtree, 32, has been charged with Child Molesting (level 1 felony), Child Molesting (level 3 felony), and Possession of Firearms by a Serious Violent Felon (level 4 felony).
Indiana State Police began to investigate Crabtree in January for allegations that he victimized a four-year-old child.
During an interview at his home, investigators observed multiple firearms in the home. Crabtree was prohibited from possessing guns after a 2006 conviction of Burglary (class B felony) in Dearborn County.
Crabtree was arrested on March 5th. His jury trial in Ripley Circuit Court has been scheduled for July 30.
A level 1 felony conviction carries a sentence of 20 to 40 years.
