Milan High School Senior Class Recognized at Annual Awards Program

(Milan, Ind.) - Milan High School recently held their Senior Awards Program. The senior class was recognized and celebrated for their many accomplishments throughout their four years of high school.  

Students were recognized for their academic achievements through Ivy Tech.  

Certificates were given to students with Outstanding or Perfect Attendance.

Students who achieved Indiana Core 40 with Academic Honors and Technical Honors were given their honor cords to be worn at graduation.  

Seniors graduating with Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, and Summa Cum Laude status were acknowledged as well.

Scholarships for students continuing their education to a college or university or trade school were also distributed.  Scholarships are made possible through the generous Milan community, Milan School Corporation, and the Milan Community Dollars for Scholars organization.  A total of 62 Awards/Scholarships were presented totaling approximately $260,000.
