(Manchester, Ind.) – The Manchester Elementary School Robotics Team needs your help to get to the World Championship.

Last Saturday at Lucas Oil Stadium, Manchester Shiners 1 and Manchester Shiners 2 qualified for the World Championship for the second year in a row.

The girls’ team won the state championship in a “drive-off” while the boys’ team qualified for Worlds by finishing 4th in the skill portion of the state tournament.

Team members are Chase Hamlett, Lincoln Graff, Landon Stroud, Wyatt Heeman, Grayson Merida, Brody Doller, Piper Cole, Charleigh Fox, Kaylee Brewer, Teagan Pfaffl, Jozlyn Damico, and Gabby Hehman.

The team needs $15,000 in donations to cover the necessary expenses including hotel rooms, meals, and transportation. If any additional funds are raised, they will be placed in the robotics account for future use.

Checks should be made payable to Manchester Elementary School.
