(Sandusky, Ohio) – As we continue to monitor the evolving coronavirus pandemic throughout the United States and the communities we serve, Civista Bank remains focused on the safety of our employees and customers while continuing to provide for our customers’ financial needs. For the health of our employees, customers and communities, we will begin drive-thru only service at all of our locations beginning Thursday, March 19th, 2020.

Personal Bankers will be available to assist customers, by appointment, for additional services as needed - deposit box access, business change orders and loan applications. Customers may call their local branch to schedule an appointment. Contact information for each branch is available on Civista’s website at civista.bank/connect/locations. As always, customers may contact their business relationship manager directly or our Customer Care Center at 800.604.9368 with any questions.

During this time, Civista encourages customers to take advantage of our convenient digital and other self-service banking options. Our customers will continue to have full access to their accounts and can rest assured that their money is safe and secure.
