(Wilmington, Oh.) – Light snow and freezing drizzle are expected in the tri-state today.
According to the National Weather Service’s Hazardous Weather Outlook, periods of light snow are expected tonight and tomorrow, with accumulations of up to an inch possible in southeastern Indiana and southwest Ohio.
Snow could briefly mix with freezing rain or freezing drizzle during the early and mid-morning hours.
Even light precipitation will likely produce slick spots on roads, bridges, and other surfaces due to cold ground temperatures.
Motorists are encouraged to use extra caution and allow extra time to reach your destination.
