Kentucky State Police Arrest Two People During Carroll County Traffic Stop

KSP say they located thousands of grams of methamphetamine in the vehicle.

(Carrollton, Ky.) – Two people were arrested following a traffic stop in Carrollton on Thursday.

According to Kentucky State Police, a search of the stopped vehicle resulted in locating approximately 1,524 grams of suspected methamphetamine, 86 grams of suspected cocaine and an undisclosed amount of currency.

The operator of the vehicle, identified as Kevin Reynolds, was arrested and charged with the following charges:

  • Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st Degree or Greater Offense Greater than 2 grams of Methamphetamine
  • Trafficking in Controlled Substance 1st Degree or Greater Offense Greater than 4 grams of Cocaine
  • Trafficking in Marijuana Less than 8 ounces
  • Trafficking in Controlled Substance 2nd Degree
  • Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess

Reynolds’ passenger, Roxanee Foster, was also arrested due to an active warrant for her arrest.
