(INDIANAPOLIS) – High school seniors can apply to some Hoosier colleges and universities for free.

Indiana’s College Application Week takes place September 20-24, allowing high school seniors to apply to 14 Hoosier colleges for free.

Another 25 colleges have reported free applications year-round, including Ivy Tech Community College and Hanover College.

College GO!

College Application Week is part of Learn More Indiana’s annual College Go! Initiative that takes place each August through November. The initiative is designed to help Hoosier K-12 students explore and plan for education beyond high school.

“College GO! gives students of all ages the opportunity to understand the value of higher education and explore which path is right for them after high school,” said Indiana Commissioner for Higher Education Teresa Lubbers. “We hope Hoosier high school seniors will take advantage of College Application week and apply for free to their preferred Indiana colleges.”

On Friday, September 17, will celebrate #WhyApply Day, a social media campaign encouraging the public to share why it’s important to apply to college.

Join the conversation by writing a reason for applying on this printout, take a selfie with it, and post to social media using #WhyApply Day.
