Ind. Supreme Court Getting Involved In White Case

(Indianapolis, Ind.) - The case of former Indiana Secretary of State Charlie White will be taken up by the state Supreme Court later this month.

White will be sentenced on February 23rd for six felonies including voter fraud.

The state's highest court will hear arguments on whether or not Democrat Vop Osili should succeed White as Indiana Democrats contend should be the case.

Governor Daniels named Jerry Bonnet interim Secretary of State after White was convicted.
