Some roads are under water. Others are icy.

Dearborn County Emergency Management Director Jason Sullivan says all roads that were closed by flooding in the county have reopened.

(Lawrenceburg, Ind.) - The rain has moved on, but residual flooding is still causing issues in the tri-state.
The region received a record amount of rainfall yesterday, with 1.31 inches recorded at CVG, according to the National Weather Service in Wilmington, Ohio. It breaks the previous record set in 1999.
High water is covering some roads Friday morning in Franklin County, where schools are on a two-hour delay.
Lawrenceburg Road is closed in Whitewater Township due to high water.
Motorists are also reporting freezing of water on some roads, as temperatures dropped well below freezing overnight.
The Great Miami River at Miamitown will crest this morning at about six feet over flood stage. The Ohio River at Cincinnati won’t reach flood stage, but will crest at just a couple feet below it by Monday.
