Harrison Mayor's Fund Helps 75 Families in Need This Holiday Season

Plans to raise funds for 2023 are already underway.

(Harrison, Oh.) – With assistance from residents and local businesses, the Harrison Mayor’s Community Fund came together this holiday season to help 75 families in need.

A total of $27,000 was raised to help families with specific needs for food, rent or utility bills, and providing toys for their children.

The families helped represented 304 residents, including 138 children.

Next year, the Harrison Mayor’s Community Fund plans to raise $36,000 through a golf outing and other activities, which should help more families in need.
