(Greendale, Ind.) – Greendale Utilities is changing their billing format.

Mayor Alan Weiss tells Eagle Country 99.3 that Greendale Utilities is moving away from sending postcards and will switch to letter form.

"We’ve continually had problems with customers not receiving their postcard bills,” said Weiss. “This should help solve that problem.

Greendale Utility customers will still be able to pay their bills online (www.cityofgreendale.net), in-person, or by mail.
