(Greendale, Ind.) – Nerf Wars are underway in southeastern Indiana.
According to Greendale Police, local high school students began the annual tradition on Sunday afternoon
A Nerf War is an activity involving Nerf Blasters or other foam-blasting toys, and often occur with organized outdoor battles.
Greendale Police issued the following statement via Facebook:
“While we hope they all make safe decisions, we also realize they are teenagers that sometimes don’t. Please be award that they will be around for the next few weeks playing a harmless game, but please let us know if you observe trespassing issues or any other potentially dangerous situations occurring.”
