Pre-trial scheduled in November.
(Greendale, Ind.) – A Greendale man has been arrested for intimidation with a deadly weapon and battery.
Greendale Police responded to an incident at the 800 block of Nowlin County Ave. in Greendale on October 8th.
Ricky W. Skipton, 68, allegedly pointed a gun at the victim. He is also accused of slapping the victim’s face, grabbing their arm and landing a kick.
According to a probable cause affidavit, the victim told police that there was on ongoing argument with Skipton from the night before when he pointed the gun at the victim. This altercation went on to the next day when the police were called to investigate the domestic battery.
Skipton is charged with Intimidation with a Deadly Weapon (Level 5 felony), Pointing a Firearm (Level 6 felony), Intimidation (Class A misdemeanor), and Domestic Battery (Class A misdemeanor).
A pre-trial hearing is scheduled on November 25 at 4:00 p.m.
