Greendale Main Street Launches Curb Appeal Program

The goal is to enhance neighborhood aesthetic appeal.

(Greendale, Ind.) – Applications are now available for a curb appeal program in Greendale. 

The Greendale Main Street Curb Appeal Program is an assistance program for property owners to improve the appearance and quality of their property.

The goal is to enhance neighborhood aesthetic appeal.

If approved, residents may receive up to $250 per qualifying property (50 percent of the project cost up to $500).

Greendale Main Street hopes to:

  • Assist in overall Greendale revitalization and improve its appearance and image.
  • Increase the value of housing within the city limits. 
  • Help provide property owners with resources to make improvements to the exterior of their  homes and their property.  
  • Leverage larger improvement projects and investments that may not otherwise take place. 
  • Encourage neighboring and nearby property owners to invest in their properties. 

Eligible properties include residential owner-occupied or residential rental property within Greendale city limits. All projects must be visible from public sidewalks and or street right-of-way.
