Fourth NKY School Threat This Week

The Cooper High School student was arrested and charged with Terroristic Threatening.

(Union, Ky.) - Northern Kentucky had a fourth school threat this week.

According to the Boone County Sheriff’s Office, a 15-year-old Cooper High School Student allegedly threatened to shoot up a school bus on Wednesday, November 20.

The 10th grade student was said to be upset with an incident hat happened on the bus on Wednesday, and told another student that he going to “shoot up the back of the bus.”

While looking into the incident, police officers found that the student did have access to three weapons.

On Thursday, the student was arrested by a Boone County Sheriff's School Resource Officer and charged with Terroristic Threatening (Class D Felony).

He is being held at the Campbell Regional Juvenile Detention Center and will appear before the judge this morning.
