Fireworks In Eagle Country

Enjoy fireworks shows all around the tri-state this Independence Day season.

Saturday, June 29

Aurora, Ind. – Aurora's Red, White & Boom happens at Lesko Park on the Ohio River. See military displays and vehicles, craft vendors, and live music by My Brother's Keeper and The Skallywags. River City Classics Car Show 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Bring lawn chairs for fireworks and music. Fireworks will start at 10:00 p.m.

Cleves, OH. – Crossroads Church is hosting a free firework show on the West Side Lawn. Pack your coolers and blankets, food trucks will be available so bring cash and your own drinks. The show begins at dark.

Madison, Ind. – River Valley Community Church is putting on a firework show with activities beginning at 6pm. The firework show will begin at dusk. Admission is free for all ages, hamburgers, hot dogs and cotton candy will be available.

 

Wednesday, July 3

Rising Sun, Ind. – Rising Sun’s fireworks event will be at Riverfront Park on Front Street the show will begin at 10:00 p.m. Bring a comfy blanket or lawn chairs for a full evening of musical entertainment, food, and explosive fun! 

Florence, Ky. – The festivities will begin at 4:00 p.m. and will have both food booths and trucks. The fireworks show will be held at UC Health Stadium Home of Florence Freedom the fireworks show will begin at 10:00 p.m. this event is free for the entire family.

 

Thursday, July 4

Harrison, Oh. – The City of Harrison's 4th of July activities will begin at 4:00 p.m. with the parade. Food, fun, and family activities will begin at 5 p.m. at the Community Center there will also be live music. The firework show begins at dusk make sure that you bring your own lawn chairs and blankets and enjoy the show. 

Greendale, Ind. – Bring the family and enjoy a night of fireworks all events will be held at Greendale Cabin and other areas. The Greendale 4th of July 5K starts at 8:00 a.m. The kids fishing derby begins at 9:00 a.m. at Schnebelt Pond. The golf cart parade starts at 12:30 p.m. at Oakey Park. The kids bike parade starts at 3:00 p.m. at Oakey Park. The firework show presented by Civista will begin around dusk. 

Patriot, Ind. – Bring the whole family and line the streets as the Patriot Parade begins at 11:00 a.m. Fireworks will begin at dusk.

Lawrenceburg, Ind. – Hidden Valley Lake will be hosting their annual 4th of July festivities. There will be both a bike and boat parade as well. The fireworks show will begin at dusk by the lake.

Milan, Ind. – Bring the family and enjoy the Milan Lions Parade it will begin at 10:00 a.m. Fireworks will begin at Daren Baker Memorial Park at dusk. 

Hamilton County, Oh. – Stricker’s Grove most popular event is open for the public to enjoy. There is free admission into the park and options to purchase tickets to enjoy the rides. End your day with a bang the fireworks show beginning at 10:00 p.m.

 

Friday, July 5

Osgood, Ind. - Ripley County Chamber of Commerce Fireworks will take place from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. at the Ripley County Fairgrounds. Admission is free. There will also be music and food vendors. Live music by Keith Swinney Band starts at 7:00 p.m. Don’t forget your lawn chairs!

 

Saturday, July 6

Batesville, Ind. – The City of Batesville invites you to join them for the Star-Spangled Symphony. The event will be held at Bill Gillespie Soccer Park where gates will open at 5:00 p.m. Pack a picnic and wear your Red, White, and Blue at watch the fireworks show beginning at 8:00 p.m.

Madison, Ind. – View the city of Madison’s fireworks from the lawn and hillside at Clifty Inn on July 6 at dusk. There will be summer grilling favorites available a la carte at the inn from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. and live music from 7:00 to 10:30 p.m. The dining room will be open from 5 to 9 p.m. Guests will need to bring lawn chairs for seating.

Metamora, Ind. – The annual Fireman’s Festival will be going on from 3pm- midnight. Food begins at 4pm with hamburgers, hotdogs, nachos and more. Kids activities will be from 3-9:30pm. The beer garden is open from 3pm - midnight. The parade starts at 6pm next to the firehouse, ending the night with a firework show at dusk. Live music will also be provided by the Briar Stone Brand.

Versailles, Ind. - Grab the family and get ready to enjoy fireworks at the Versailles State Park. The fireworks will shoot off over the lake where the show will begin at 10:00 p.m.
