(Ohio County, Ind.) - Ohio County Sheriff’s deputies are looking for the driver who fled a crash scene Tuesday night.

It was about 8:55 p.m. when deputies were called to the 3000 block of Nelson Road, where they found a green Ford F350 on its side in the middle of the roadway. The driver, however, was nowhere to be found.

The witness who called 911 to report the crash stated she had seen a small two-door truck leave the scene with two males inside. Deputies believe it may have been the driver leaving the crash scene.

Deputies are currently looking for the owner of the vehicle, Justin Jackson, of Sunman.

The Ohio County Sheriff’s Office is requesting anyone with information about the accident to contact the office at (812) 438-3636.
