Delaware Area Home Damaged in Fire

(Delaware, Ind.) - Multiple agencies responded to a house fire on Monday afternoon in Ripley County. 

The fire broke out at a home on East Prattsburg Road near Delaware around 5:00 p.m.

Versailles Fire Rescue was among the local agencies that responded to the incident. They shared a photo on Facebook showing heavy smoke and flames coming from the home. 

A cause is unknown at this time. 

No further information has been released.
